Returns: All returns must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Notification after the 7 allotted days will not be accepted.
There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns and a RA# (return authorization number) is required. Customer is responsible for shipping both ways.
Shortages: All shortages must be reported within 7 days.
