Main body (VMC-250-180)
– 250 kg (550 lb) capacity.
– Robust, lightweight structure for turning loads of max. 2500 mm (98.4″) width. Large C-frame with
overall height of 63.6″ (1640 mm)
– 180° swivelling module: electric linear cylinder with brake (even motion, no movement when stopped), for stepless positioning, with limit switches, 460V 3PH 60Hz 0.4 HP (0.30 kW) 100 % duty cycle
– Control box with push buttons “turn up/turn down” mounted within easy reach on the handlebar,
– Electronic warning device (horn),
– Bolt Ø of the safety suspension: Ø 25 mm.
– Vacuum filter F3/8 with replaceable cartridge.
– Ø2.5 in vacuum gauge with red/green scale markings to indicate unsafe/safe operation.
– Includes mounting of vacuum generator and motor switch box.
– Spiral cable to connect to hoist power supply.

Suction-pad system (4SPU)
– 4 SPU 360 (14.2 in diameter) suction pads mounted on
crossbeams which can be slid/clamped along the main beam.
Pads for smooth surfaces only.
– Each pad mounted on Flexolink fitting.
– Replaceable non-marking gray rubber seals.
– 4 pad shutoff valves, one per pad.

Main beam/Cross beams (2400/1200)
– Main beam 2400mm, 90x90x2400mm (94.5 in) with mechanical end stops with integrated vacuum reservoir and distributor.

Vacuum pump (8-460V)
– Model VE VM-EVE 8D-horiz-460V, 8 m³/h rotary vane pump.

– On/off motor switch
– Electronic warning device to monitor vacuum pressure during
normal operation. Audible alarm alerts to a low vacuum pressure
and also sounds in the event of a power failure.
