About Us

In 1991, Steve and his then-business partner Mark launched A.I.M. Enterprises in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. The company sold framed prints directly to consumers. They soon realized that customers were looking for prints of city skylines and sports venues, which were not readily available at the time. They decided to publish those themselves.

A couple of years later, Steve and Mark parted ways. Steve continued the business, selling prints to consumers and art galleries, and also through the website skylinepictures.com. Over time, A.I.M. expanded its offerings to include parts, accessories, and new and used equipment for the picture framing industry.

In 2008, during the real estate bubble crash, A.I.M. shifted its focus to used equipment. Eventually, the print business was sold, and A.I.M., now AIM Equipment Company, concentrated solely on new and used equipment, parts, and accessories.

We currently serve various industries, including picture framing, woodworking, printing and bindery, metalworking, agriculture, and textile, with plans to expand into new industries as the business grows. Our headquarters were moved from Ohio to Indiana in 2022.
