It is an easy-to-use underpinner with double hydraulic vertical clamps and a horizontal clamp.
The underpinner can be tilted to the operator's preference. The stand is a large compressed air storage tank. It acts as a surge tank, so that when you are using it in production - there is a constant supply of air.

The PPFE 1500 has three regulators: a main air pressure regulator, a v-nail regulator and a clamp regulator. Additionally it has an air system oiler and water separator.
One can place v-nails in as many different positions as one chooses. To stack the v-nails, simply hold the joy stick and push the thumb trigger again.

The v-nails can span 5.5 inches. The PPFE 1500 operates on compressed air only, no electricity needed.

The PPFE 1500 comes with a tool caddy.

The PPFE 1500 uses the universal v-nail & comes with 5mm, 7mm, 10mm, 12mm, and 15mm drive heads and uses both hard and soft v-nails.

The PPFE 1500 uses the same v-nails as its little brother the PPFE 1000. These v-nails are the most economically priced nails on the market.

The PPFE 1500 dimensions are 26.5" Deep x 23" Wide x 58" Tall

The PPFE 1500 comes with large stainless steel support wings. These wings are 30" from the front of the machine to the tip of the wing.

Morso Model F Mitering Machine (Price new is $3,500 USD / about $4,500 CAD)

Morso Model F mitring machine cuts double mitre at 45° and single mitre up to 90°. Tenon, mortise joints, and a wide variety of angled cuts can also be made.

When using the Morso F, you will have no dust compared to a saw. Also, the waste of your moulding will be minimized as Morso F cuts double mitres very close, ( less than one mm waste of moulding ).

The mitre saw cannot do the mitres as close, and therefore the waste by using a saw, will always be minimum one centimetre.

One centimetre of waste does not sound of much, but if a calculation is done of 100 cuts a day, it actually turns out that the waste over a year is 260 meters waste of moulding…. ( That is only with 100 cuts a day…)

Morso F leaves the cut surface of the wood perfectly smooth and accurate, requiring no further preparation before joining. The horizontal movement of the knife block is stepwise adjustable. The sliding longitudinal stop and measuring scale ensure accurate repeat work.

The special lever system of the machine ensure a very easy operation. Twin return springs automatically bring the knives back to starting position.

Morso F is delivered with safety guard, waste chute, sliding longitudinal stop, measuring scale, adjustable fences ( 45° – 90° ), and adjustable rebate supports.

Morso F is manually operated with a foot pedal – needs no compressor or electricity and can therefore be operated anywhere.

The 12" Double Mitre Saw is a wood saw with a 4-1/4" cutting capacity -- a full 1" more than some other 12" saws. The Model #1000 gives you the same perfect 45 mitre as our other models but we have taken some of the extra cost off. The Model #1000 is equipped with one set of 90-tooth lazer blades - the finest mitre blade available - one production stop, a 60" stainless measuring scale (increments of 1/8"), one chipbreaker, ...The Model #1000 runs two 1-HP, 3450 RPM motors on single-phase 220 electricity and it is foot operated.  Optional equipment available includes a 120" scale.  Saw vac included.
