Belt Drive Air Compressors
The FIAC AIRBLOK belt drive rotary screw air compressors are offered in 3 outlet pressure settings of 115, 145 and 190 PSI and with available range from 10 - 60Hp. The automatic belt tensioning design on the belt drive air compressor assures a reliable and economical solution joining the air end to the electric motor. In addition, this belt drive air compressor comes standard equipped with the most advanced features such as WYE delta starter, TEFC high efficiency electric motor, sound attenuating enclosure, FIAC air energy control microprocessor panel, after cooler, thermostatically controlled axial cooling fan and two stage vibration isolation to further reduce noise levels.

FIAC belt drive with variable frequency drive rotary screw air compressors are available in the range of 25 - 50Hp and provide the most energy efficient solution by maintaining an equilibrium between energy and air consumption. In combination with low maintenance cost the AIRBLOK BD-SD line of compressors is easily our most efficient unit to operate. Each direct drive air compressor unit uses a maintenance free coupler joining the TEFC high-efficiency electric motor directly to the air end resulting in maximum transmission efficiency.
