The EF-24SR grinder/shredder differ from Cresswood EF-12's in that they have a unique counter-weighted feed system with air assist. The air cylinder installed on these machines enhances the feed-roll downward pressure, which allows variable material to pass through seamlessly.

These machines are ideal to grind rippings, panel saw scrap, and blocks. They are commonly found down stream from a gang rip, chop, or panel saws. The material is vectored directly onto the vibratory conveyor to eliminate material handling.
