• Door capacity.: 18" - 48" Wide x up to 108" tall, thickness from 1-1/8" to 1-3/4"; lock back set 2-3/8" - 5" and jambs from 3-1/2" to 10-1/2" wide x 8' high, 1/2" to 1-1/4" thickness; butts 3-1/2" - 5"; 1/4" - 5/8" radius; infinite spacing.
• Equipped with: (2) Powered feed wheels automatically carry the door over the 5 HP edge beveler, (2) flap sanding heads ease the corners.
• Additionally equipped with: (1) Faceplate router assembly for hinge plate cutout on door; (1) lock set borer for edge & face boring, butt router is built into a mortising "carriage".
• Includes : All electrical motors, cutterhead mandrels, latch drill assembly, router carriage, sander wheels, and routers. Included hardware tray and new pnuematic in-line screwdriver. Can be modified for one-side raised mouldings. Machine has a production capacity of up to approx. (125) doors/day
