Frame Square builds precision mitre saws with built in accuracy for today's professional framers and woodworkers. Our mitre saws cut aluminum , wood, MDF or styrene mouldings with micro-precision angles. The guide arms are not adjustable. They are set for 45° at the factory. Optional arms for 22-1/2" are available as well as rabbet offset guides for wide double rabbet mouldings.

Heavy duty clamps are standard to hold all materials safely while cutting and the motion lever controls the table top movement with hands away from saw blade at all times.

Don't waste time with do-overs, do it right the first time with Frame Square.
When picture frame rails are not cut at an accurate 45°, the 4th corner will require more time and effort to join than the other 3 corners combined. Your reputation rests on the 4th corner. Cut it right the first time.

Fletcher-Terry 2200 Mat Cutter

The Fletcher 2200 Mat Cutter is a professional level mat or mount board cutter for creating bevels and producing V-Grooves as decorative features and finishes in matboard up to 4-ply. Features a dual cutting feature for matboard specialty cutting or a 90° cutting feature for sizing matboard or cutting of foamboard up to 1/2" (13mm). Available machine sizes, 48" (1.2m) or 60" (1.5m).

The C&H Thumbnail Master is a popular thumbnail router with framing businesses, large and small. It is very versatile and easy to use. The Thumbnail Master joiner provides routing of thumbnail channels at 6 depth capabilities, all easily set on an easy-to-read dial. It can do thumbnailing of mouldings up to 1 7/8" deep and has a changeable clamping height which can hold mouldings from 1/2" to 3 3/4" tall. It has an easy grip guide handle and ratcheted bit handle for simple adjustment of the routing bit.

The Thumbnail Master Frame Joining System utilizes the strongest, most durable and dependable inserts in three sizes. These inserts are tapered, drawing the face of the moulding together when joined with glue. This allows for depths of up to 1 7/8"
