The Mitre-Mite VN 42 has been designed for ease of operation and is particularly well suited for assembling larger frames. This machine comes with a height adjustable base and has a convenient tilt / roll feature which allows for easy movement around the shop. it can be operated from the front or back and has a dual stage foot pedal which allows the framer to see if the corner is properly aligned before nailing. After the framer sets the stops, the hand lever is then used to position the nail head for driving or stacking V-Nails any where along the frame joint.

The Model # 1000 12" Double Mitre Saw is a wood saw with a 4-1/4" cutting capacity - a full 1" more than some other 12" saws. The Model #1000 gives you the same perfect 45 mitre as our other models but we have taken some of the extra cost off. The Model #1000 is equipped with one set of 90-tooth lazer blades - the finest mitre blade available - one production stop, a 60" stainless measuring scale (increments of 1/8"), one chipbreaker. The Model #1000 runs two 1-HP, 3450 RPM motors on single-phase 220 electricity and it is foot operated. Optional equipment available includes a 120" scale. Saw vac included.

Professional level mat or mount board cutter for creating bevels and producing V-Grooves as decorative features and finishes in matboard up to 4-ply. Features a dual cutting feature for matboard specialty cutting or a 90 degree cutting feature for sizing matboard or cutting of foamboard up to 1/2" (13mm). Available machine sizes, 48" (1.2m) or 60" (1.5m).
