The Mitre-Mite VN 42 has been designed for ease of operation and is particularly well suited for assembling larger frames. This machine comes with a height adjustable base and has a convenient tilt / roll feature which allows for easy movement around the shop. it can be operated from the front or back and has a dual stage foot pedal which allows the framer to see if the corner is properly aligned before nailing. After the framer sets the stops, the hand lever is then used to position the nail head for driving or stacking V-Nails' any where along the frame joint.

Somaca/CRL VE1P is your entry into the ownership of a vertical edging machine. It's a value priced edger that will meet all of your basic edgework needs. With the VE1P you can process a variety of glass from 1/8 to 1/2 inches (3 to 12 millimeters) thick. Pencil edge, miter, and flat and seam edgework can all be performed on the VE1P. The real value of the VE1P is that it provides you with an opportunity to own an edger and do quality edgework up to six times faster than a belt machine. Machine operation is very simple. The operator merely pushes the glass into the roller/belt conveyor and it is smoothly pulled over the wheel. You can process glass from 1/8" to 1/4" thick with just one wheel. Our adjustable back support rails slide easily on a teflon coated surface for any necessary glass height adjustment.
Coolant tanks and machine adjustments are on the front side of our edgers so they can be placed within one foot of the wall for minimum impact on floor space. This also simplifies maintenance and machine adjustments. One Person Set-Up Rapid Wheel Change. For example, you can place a 1/4 inch (6 millimeter) flat and seam edge diamond wheel
