Ezy Measuring System

Cutting one side of the frame is easy. Cutting the second side to be the?same as the first?is the hard part. This is so very true when cutting picture frame moulding. The measureing system is easy to operate.

First slide the moulding along the scale to the desired length, set the stop?and cut the first mitre. The measuring stop on the system enables you to cut the next side exactly the same length. The table will attach to most hand and electric powered drop saws. The legs may need wood blocks to raise them higher for some power or larger hand saw models. The Ezy Measure System is made for the Nobex Proman Model saw.

The scale on the system is based upon a "direct measuring scale" This is what is used on most professional saws and guillotines. The difference between the FrameCo "direct" scale and the Nobex "indirect" scale is that the former requires no calculation. With an indirect system?the user has to add in the width of the moulding when setting the stop...this leads to errors.

Exclusive to the FrameCo system is the?Optional?Mitre Mate, ..Multi-Angle Scale which provides you with the correct angle for cutting multi-angled frames. Unique to FrameCo and not possible on any other system
