The Inmes IM5P Pneumatic V-Nailer is designed for medium to high level production framing.Easy handling with pneumatic activation, offering precision joining with high productivity. Offers double adjustable clamps and front clamps, providing quality joining. Joins moulding up to 6" wide. The v-nails can be inserted in several positions, as the solid steel hammer block is moved from one position to the next while the moulding and fence remain clamped and locked in one position. It will take soft or hard wood v-nails in 5,7,10,12 and 15mm heights.
Unique rotary adjuster (just a turn of a lever) for different v-nail heights (5,7,10,12,or 15mm)
Quick squeeze-adjust double top pressure clamps with hydraulic link. Great for larger and more complex profiles.
3 quick-swap top pressure heads, for clamping different shaped moulding profiles
Comes with hydraulic vertical clamps
Heavy duty Tilting stand - helpful when joining larger frames.
Horizontal clamp holds frames up to 6 inch wide
Optional metal support wings. - 33" long and 9 1/4" wide
The work platform (machine top) is much bigger than any other underpinner.
