The original purpose of this line of equipment is described as such: Fully automated MGS Multishot™ 200 ton vertical injection molding system consisting of Neff 200 ton down-acting hydraulic press, 45" x 130" bed size, 4 post, 5" diameter posts, floor mounted, 100 HP hydraulic drive, 15 HP cooling unit, molding press has die fed multi-color 4 side injection system, with (2) 24mm extruders, 1.55 oz PS, 1.248 oz PP shot, (1) 36mm extruder, 4.815 oz PS, 3.862 oz PP shot, (1) 40mm extruder, 7.026 0z, 5.635 oz shot screws, each has IMS rotary polystyrene and polypropylene pellet feeder, includes MGS Automation pick and place discharge unit in plexiglass enclosure, mezzanine included, built 2012, previously used for multi-color plastic pharmaceutical medical device application for R&D application
