This equipment comes pre-assembled from the factory and it has been designed to meet your needs for cutting wood and plastic profiles with precision quality and productivity, (by choosing the proper blade). It offers easy movement from +45° to the 45º by using the quick rotation handle of the sawing head. Cutting of aluminum is not recommended, this equipment does not provide the device to lubricate the saw blade.

Equipment comes with: IM-30 Rotating Miter Saw, Right and Left Calibrated scales, Cabinet with incorporated and independent dust collector unit, moulding stop to allow and repetition of cut sizes pneumatic clamping;
Pneumatic Clamping System to secure the profile to be cut and improves safety to operator, it is operated pneumatically;
The saw blade is installed on the axle of the motor, improving the rigidity of the equipment;
Induction motor with high resistance (single or three phase);
Self locking device with heavy-duty conical pin with precision lock positions for the most used angles 0°,10°,15°,22,5°, 30°, 45°;
Quick Adjust Rotation feature, for easy movement of the blade;
Calibrated Scale to make accurate measurements with 47" long;
The IM-30 Saw consist of a cast aluminum structure;

Inmes IM-3 Manual Joiner (Sold)

The IM-3 SE USA Underpinner allows you to assemble frames of the size you want, using a full range of
profiles. It applies a wedge in the back of the moulding, making a strong frame. The INMES "SW" wedge is designed to
use in woods of normal density, and the "HW" wedge is for use with hard woods.
The IM-3 SE USA Underpinner has a mechanical action which eliminater, but does not significantly affect your
productivity.
