This precision positioning system features a comprehensive software package that gives operators the flexibility to create face frames directly on the large color touchscreen. Complete face-frame files can also be imported from compatible cabinet design programs using .RZG files.

Software Features:
The included software gives operators the flexibility to design a face frame directly on the large touchscreen or import completed files through a USB connection.

Different stile and rail widths are displayed on screen for easy visual verification. There is no longer a need to match moulding sizes to nose knives, as is recommended with manual stop systems. When a new nose knife is installed, the operator simply enters its width into the software. The system then automatically calculates the correct notch positions and determines the number of steps required when a notch is wider than the installed nose knife.

This flexibility makes it easy to produce custom beaded face frames with varying stile and rail widths to match individual cabinet designs.

Operation
With all stiles and rails pre-cut using existing equipment, the operator uses the touchscreen to control cope cuts and notches along the moulding edges.

After completing each notch, the operator presses a button and the system automatically advances the material as needed for notches wider than the nose knife. This allows for fast, repeatable production of custom face frames with varying component widths, including:
- Wider top and bottom rails
- Wider cross members for refrigerator openings
- Smaller cross members between drawers
- Custom stile and rail widths to match individual cabinet designs

The system delivers accuracy of 4/1000" (0.1 mm), helping produce tight, clean joints for both stain-grade and paint-grade face frames.
