The Spartanics M-500 Die Cutting System is a complete turnkey system that uses optical sensors to scan registration marks at production rates up to 165 strokes per minute. One of the unique features of this die cutting system is its consistent precision of registration accuracy. With registration in the X, Y and Theta Axis' within +/- 0.1 mm or better during each press stroke, Spartanics is able to offer you the world's highest precision die cutting systems at the fastest processing speeds. Like other Spartanics machinery, this state-of-the art technology is able to be customized to suit the needs of your specific applications.
