The 9500 Green Machine offers the same level of quality and energy saving enhancements as the larger models but it is only 3.75 metres long and still has excellent productivity with its patented 9,500 watt heater.
It can be moved between presses, and the patented heater design has insulated oven doors to reduce heat loss and give its incredibly fast heat up time. The bottom heater located at the end of the oven, educes paper curling problems. Patented, two-sided thermography pins are fitted as standard equipment, allowing products to be raised on both sides without damaging the quality or dirtying the conveyor chain.

Insulated heater doors at each end of the heat tunnel automatically close to restrict heat loss while in Standby mode. This means the work area stays cooler, heat up time is more rapid, and the electricity required to hold the set temperature in the heater is reduced dramatically. Compared to other machines the GM9500 gives the operator a more comfortable work environment and costs significantly less to run.

The stainless steel conveyor chain pulls a tremendous amount of heat out of the heat tunnel. This is caused by air flow from the chain and absorption by the chain. A unique "Drive Guard" feature on the Green Machine automatically reduces the conveyor speed while in "Standby". By lowering the conveyor speed, air flow through the heater is dramatically reduced. Drive motor power consumption and the wear on the entire drive system is reduced by 50%.
