The ITW AMP International Mitre-Mite VN44 is a heavy-duty, pneumatically powered production V-nailer and frame underpinner. It is widely used by professional custom framing shops and medium-volume production facilities to securely join wood, MDF, and plastic picture frame mouldings.

Features:

- Tiltable Floor Stand: Built with an adjustable, tilting chassis that allows the framer to comfortably operate the machine from either the front or the back at multiple working angles.
- Stationary Clamping: The frame moulding remains securely held in place by the pneumatic clamp while the internal nail head mechanism moves underneath, preventing misalignment or shifting during the joining process.
- Material Compatibility: Drives fasteners cleanly into softwoods, dense hardwoods, MDF, and extruded plastics.
- Multi-Actuation Controls: Employs a single-stage pneumatic foot pedal alongside a dual-stage hand lever trigger to give the operator precise control over the final clamping position before firing the nail.
- Perfect Stacking: Capable of perfectly stacking multiple V-nails on top of each other at any given position along the joint line.
- Multi-Angle Fencing: Equipped with a tiltable rear fence that adjusts smoothly to assemble traditional 4-sided frames as well as 6-sided and 8-sided custom frames.
