The Clamco Model 5124 is a manual L-Bar sealer and shrink tunnel system designed for packaging and shrink-wrapping products. It is a legacy model from the Clamco brand, which is now part of PAC Machinery
Specifications:
- Seal Area: Approximately 20" x 24".
- Shrink Tunnel Chamber: Approximately 20" wide x 46" long x 10" tall.
- Belt Conveyor: Measures roughly 14-1/2" wide x 25" long.
- Construction: The unit is generally mounted on a painted carbon steel frame for industrial durability.
Features:
- As a manual L-Bar system, the 5124 is designed for lower to medium-volume production where an operator manually brings down the seal bar.
- L-Bar Sealing: Simultaneously seals the side and end of the film to create a pouch around the product.
- Shrink Tunnel: Once sealed, the product moves via conveyor through the heated tunnel to shrink the film tightly around the item.
