From the Seller: "This saw was manufactured in approximately 2009 but the original owner never used it. He never had it removed from the pallet it shipped on and was stored in his climate controlled warehouse in WA state. I purchased it from him through AIM in 2019 and was the first user. The saw has been in use since September 2019 and I've cut approximately 2000 wood frames with it. Everything on the saw is working perfectly. I've never had any issues with it. Comes with an extra set of blades and the right extension arm. Available May 1, 2024."
