The Hoffmann BH-556 Lipping Planer, also known as the ADLER or HEBOR Lipping Planer, has been on the market for decades and has proven its reliability in the woodworking field around the world. The machine is built for Hoffmann by the Hebor Company of Switzerland with the attention to quality and detail Swiss products are known for.
Features:
- Hand-held power planer for solid hard and softwood edges, as well as laminate, veneer and plastic edge banding materials.
- Can be used on solid surface materials to level seams and joints.
- Innovative Auto-Lock design for precise height adjustment in 0.004” increments.
- Powerful 1,400 watt motor removes up to 1/8” material in one pass.
- Additional applications include planing of wooden repair inserts (“Dutchman”), Lamello Minispot, cover plugs, etc.
- Only lipping planer with spring loaded cutter head guard for maximum safety.
