The Kluge UniFold is a highly versatile, modular automatic folder-gluer manufactured by Brandtjen & Kluge. Designed for print finishing, packaging, and commercial printing, it is renowned for its rugged construction and its ability to process a massive range of layouts—such as pocket folders, hotel key card holders, and CD sleeves—with rapid changeover times.

Note: The UniFold is now considered a legacy model, largely succeeded by Kluge's heavier-duty OmniFold line

Features:

- Sheet Size Range: Handles a minimum sheet size of 2.5" × 3" up to a maximum of 26" × 28" (some configurations accept up to 29" x 32").

- Patented Vertical Buckle Folder: Explicitly engineered for thick stocks. It maintains a unique sheet path that avoids forcing heavy board around small-diameter rollers, entirely eliminating "crows feet" or spine cracking.
- TransTable Converting Unit: A segmented table design featuring 2-inch wide removable sections. It provides maximum versatility for mounting top-folding plows, compound folding tooling, and multi-angle setups.
- Integrated Gluing System: Typically equipped with reliable electronic cold glue or hot melt systems (like Valco or Sure Tack systems) for precise bead application.
- Stacker & Delivery Unit: Compresses finished pieces to secure the glue bond while counting and batching completed products.
