It maximizes efficiency by collecting up to 5,000 sheets of printed material directly from compatible production presses like the AccurioPress and bizhub PRESS series

The LS-506 uses a grip-conveyor horizontal stacking system to ensure precise alignment and neat paper delivery:
Main Stacker Capacity: Holds up to 5,000 sheets at maximum capacity. Note: Capacity drops to 2,000 sheets for specific smaller coated media such as B5, A5, or 148 mm to 194 mm widths.
Secondary (Sub) Tray: Positioned at the top to hold up to 200 sheets of non-offset or utility sets (such as straight delivery, Z-Fold, or Half-Fold tests) without interrupting the main stack.
Shift Processing: Performs a 20 mm (0.8") offset shift to cleanly separate sorted print sets for fast distribution.
Physical Dimensions: Measures 30.9" (W) x 28.46" (D) x 40.16" (H) and weighs 242.5 lbs (110 kg).Power Requirements: Operates on a standard AC 100 to 240 V line, pulling under 150 W.
Roll-Away Removable Carriage: The stacker features a cart-style inner mechanism. Once a 5,000-sheet job finishes, operators can roll the entire stack directly out of the unit to the finishing station.
Dual Stacker Capability: Production environments can link two LS-506 units in tandem. This unlocks an "Auto-Switch" feature, instantly routing prints to the second unit when the first fills up, achieving non-stop print production.
