From the Seller: "Here is the text which was attempted to be submitted:

This LambertGT horizontal glass tempering furnace features a compressed-air quench system with adjustable nozzles and no conventional quench blowers. It accommodates glass up to 60″ × 120″, with a reported operating thickness range of 4–19 mm.

LambertGT of Birmingham, UK, completely rebuilt and modified the furnace in 2011. The furnace dates from 1996, with subsequent computer and control tower upgrades in 2018.

Maximum glass size: 60″ × 120″
Glass thickness: 4–19 mm
Quench: Compressed-air system without conventional quench blowers
Rebuilt: 2011 by LambertGT
Controls upgraded: 2018
Application: Uncoated flat glass; Low-E tempering currently disabled
Includes: Exit glass-temperature sensor, new thermocouples, spare door covers, and miscellaneous spare parts
Location: Nevada

Operating Performance

Reported operating experience includes approximately 122 square feet per hour with 10 mm glass, processing two 28″ × 96″ panels per load on an approximately 1,100-second cycle once at operating temperature. Throughput varies with glass thickness, panel dimensions, and loading pattern.

The previous operator reports that the furnace runs well. Its compressed-air quench configuration eliminates conventional quench blowers.

According to David Lambert, the furnace’s currently disabled Low-E tempering capability can be re-enabled. Additional rollers may also allow processing of glass thinner than the current 4 mm minimum. Upgrade requirements, achievable glass thicknesses, and costs are to be confirmed with LambertGT.

Included Equipment and Spare Parts

Includes all furnace components and spare parts shown in the listing photographs, several new thermocouple sensors, spare door covers, and miscellaneous additional parts. Includes an infrared glass surface temperature sensor at the furnace exit.

Setup and Operating Support

The previous operator can assist the buyer with furnace setup and provide operating recipes based on hands-on experience with this machine. Scope and availability of assistance to be agreed before purchase."
