From the Seller: "Before the new machine it was used almost daily. Replaced the dowel locator and actuator piston 3 times. Some other small electrical components replaced throughout the years, don't know the exact components. was in full use and working/being used up until new machine was installed."

The OPTIMAT ABD060/12/NA (manufactured by the HOMAG Group/Weeke) is a high-speed CNC-controlled dowel and boring machine. It is designed to automatically drill holes, inject glue, and insert wooden dowels into panel edges. It is highly efficient for both small batch and high-volume cabinet or furniture production,

Specifications:

- Functionality: 1 horizontal drilling head and 1 glue/dowel injector.
- Workpiece Capacity: Handles parts up to \(1,250 \text{ mm}\) (49 inches) long, \(800 \text{ mm}\) (31.5 inches) wide, and between \(10 \text{ mm}\) and \(60 \text{ mm}\) thick.
- Dowel Size: Configured as standard for \(8 \text{ mm}\) diameter dowels (usually 30 or 35 mm in length).
- Operating Zones: Features dual independent working fields (left and right) for pendulum processing. This means you can load parts on one side while the machine processes the other side, minimizing downtime.
