The Potdevin W30 30" Rotary Press is an industrial-grade laminating and pressing machine designed to bond glued materials together uniformly. It is heavily utilized in packaging, printing, and point-of-sale (POS) display production to remove trapped air bubbles and wrinkles far faster than manual squeegee methods
Specifications:
- Feed Width: Accommodates materials up to a full 30 inches wide.
- Standard Material Thickness: Handles flexible or rigid substrates up to 1/2 inch thick.
- Optional Material Upgrade: Can be configured with a wide-open option to handle items up to 1-1/4 inches thick.
- Electrical Demands: Runs efficiently on a standard 115V, single-phase AC outlet.
- Core Application: Bonds litho labels to corrugated boxes, chipboard to chipboard, foam, cloth, and leather
Features:
- Adjustable Tension: Top-mounted knobs control the precise amount of pressure applied by the heavy rubber rollers.
- Quick-Release Handle: Instantly creates a gap between the rollers to remove jammed materials or safely store the machine without creating flat spots on the rubber.
- Integrated Safety Switch: Automatically cuts power to the motor if the protective front guard is lifted.
