The Somaca/CRL 60" Vertical Washer can wash glass to 60" (1.52 m) in one pass, and up to 120" (3.05 m) in two passes. The machine will operate from 4 to 18 FPM, and has a load capacity of 300 lbs (136 kg). You can wash glass from single strength to 1/2" (12 mm) thick and from a minimum size of 4" x 16" (102 x 406 mm) long. A small parts option is available to reduce the minimum glass size to 4" x 12" (102 x 305 mm) long.
Frame components in contact with the washing areas are made of stainless steel. Recirculated heated detergent, recirculated miser rinse, and a fresh water electric solenoid valve are standard. Also included are glass inspection lights on the exit conveyor. The four brushes are low-E compatible. Set-up and maintenance is easy. This Washer can be set up without a factory service tech.
