- Recently serviced
- Cutting head overhauled & updated
- New stepper motor/bearings, 4-6-8 ply red slide switch, V-groove-thru blue slide switch, new blade plunge pneumatic flow control regulator
- Upgraded to recommended motor drivers (Gecko red G201X) for gantry & cutting head
- Replaced aged (30% out of tolerance) electrolytic capacitor in motor drive 48VDC (linear) power supply
- Replaced 24 & 5 VDC control power supply SMPS based on same age as above. Obsolete D-60B. Used with mfr.’s substitute RD-65B
- Replaced Sintra ™ polymer board under mat-cutting area due to extensive blade cut-thru. Originally black w/Eclipse logo. Used white Sintra ™, solvent & double-sided carpet tape per CDME procedure
- Replaced electric pneumatic control valves & catch diodes due to slow release of clamp valve. Also replaced cutting head e.p.c.v. before cutting head flow control valve while troubleshooting some over/undercuts. Replaced main airline filter.
