Arbor: 1" (25 mm) with 3" (76 mm) saw collars; mounted on preloaded and sealed bearings; 2 groove belt drive; 3450 RPM of spindle.
Motors and Voltages: Two 1 1/2HP single phase 230V totally enclosed fan cooled motors; 60 Hz, 3450 RPM with dual magnetic starter. Also includes rotary disconnect switch and blade guard interlock switch
Table Base: Precision machined and ground steel plate.
Floor Stand: Heavy gage steel; stand is completely enclosed with 2 4" (101 mm) dust collector outlets and removeable dust and scrap drawer.
Tables and Measurement System: Includes 60" (152 cm) long lined vision gauge for measuring inside mitres; a 72" (189 cm) long outside fence with tape, pointer and stop; and infeed and outfeed material support tables 10" (25 cm) wide x 48" (128 cm) long.

The AMP VN4L is designed for the highest level of precision framing. On this model, the driver moves underneath the moulding to be joined, providing meticulous control of join placement (up to 3 nail positions) as well as faster production times. Its 3-position measurement locking controls produce highly accurate, ?one-touch? results. It has been enhanced to assemble frames up to 6.5 inches wide. Features include a pneumatic load/feed system to eliminate jams, ?soft clamp? pneumatics for damage-free joints, and a quick-change hold-down to fit most profiles.
The VN4L is designed for custom frame shops and other small businesses requiring ongoing production runs, in particular for frames of same or similar size that must be completed quickly.
With a filter rating of 1-micron, the canister filter on the G0548ZP 2 HP Dust Collector has 6 times the filtering area of regular bag filters and it has a built-in cleaning brush that is easy to operate from the outside.

Our Disc Sander is the perfect tool to ?true up? rough cuts, angle corrections, and length variances on moulding corners. It ensures perfect alignment with every joined corner.
Simply rotate the 12-inch sanding disc manually against the miter cut, creating perfect corners. The Disc Sander comes with a 45-degree template for accurate setting, three sanding disks, a cleaning stick, and a set of Allen wrenches.
The base of the Disc Sander includes mounting holes that allows the unit to be secured to any work table for added rigidity.
