The Craft Inc Automatic Hanger Machine (AHM-1X) applies Coil Fed Hangers to both Picture and Photo Frame Backs simple, fast, and accurate. Because of its unique design, the AHM-1X can start increasing your productivity almost immediately. With a Safety Interlocked Guard, Operator Foot Pedal or Back Sensing Switch, the AHM-1X makes it easy to apply Hangers at an estimated 40 applied Hangers per minute. Our easy loading Coil Fed System, plus the famous Craft Inc low maintenance design, down time will be kept to a minimum.

Our Hangers use Rosettes to grip the Backing materials. These are formed during the pre-application process insuring sharpness and preventing scratching and damage to coiled Hangers. All Hangers are applied in the ‘bent open’ position making the end product easier to use.

The AHM-1X can accommodate a wide range of Backing materials from .040 inches (1mm) to .25 inches (6 mm), in sizes from 5” x 7” (13 x 18 cm) to 24” x 36” (61 x 92 cm). There are also optional Side Tables that will extend the size range to 50” x 50” (127 x 127 cm).

The AHM-1X can be ordered to apply any one of these following Hangers : 1480, 1482, 1485, 1487. The selection of one of these Hangers must be done with your Order.
