From the Seller: "Printer as a whole is in excellent condition and has been well-maintained. Never had any service calls nor any malfunctions except for current error code. After speaking with Epson it could be a firmware update required, replacement print head however error code needs be bypassed with service software which can be purchased from Ebay for $35 - printer could possibly work fine and error free for another few years."
