The Esterly Speed-Mat Model 4060 is a professional, wall-mounted mat cutter manufactured by Speed-Mat. It is widely recognized as an industry standard for custom frame shops, art galleries, museums, and high-volume photographers due to its space-efficient design and precise execution. Instead of requiring the user to manually turn the board for every edge, its patented system allows for consecutive window cuts without marking, touching, or rotating the matboard.
