The Graphic Whizard PB 460A is a heavy-duty, floor model perfect binder designed for short- to medium-length binding runs. It is available in models that use either EVA hot melt or PUR (reactive polyurethane) adhesive, with the PUR version offering superior binding for coated stocks.
Automation: Features fully automatic clamping of sheets and electric clamping of the cover with manual insertion.
Adhesive System: Uses a rotating application drum for hot melt glue, with a scraper bar for uniform thickness. The PUR version has a sealed tank system to reduce waste and self-adjusting side glue application.
Spine Preparation: Includes a double-layer notching system with 24 blades for optimal spine preparation to ensure strong adhesion.
Operation: Features an LCD display and built-in vacuum dust extraction for a cleaner work environment.
