Feed through, single sided with: (1) shaping, (1) sanding and (1) foiling station, all units are zero degrees - 45 degrees tilting. Minimum part size 5" x 2 3/4", thickness 1/8" to 1/2" maximum, 1 3/4" maximum profile face.

5 HP - 6,000 RPM shaping spindle (1-1/4" diameter) for 6" maximum diameter tooling; 1,500 RPM Turbosand rotary sanding head with 1 - 1/4" diameter spindle.
Foiling Section:
Supply roll for 2"maximum width, shaped applicator wheel with automatic heat control.
Adjustments 2" in and out, 1-1/2" laterally across and -10 degrees to +50 degree angle from horizontal, film take up carrier rewinds with automatic tension control, stripper rollers for precision trimming on miters and edges.
18 FPM fixed speed feed, 1 HP feed drive, over head hold down with (2) rows of tightly spaced non-marking rollers and feed chain with non-marking rubber pads, feeds from left to right.
Includes: Outrigger panel support roller track
